Taman Majlis Jaya is located in Sungai Chua, Kajang, which is a mixed-use development completed in 1997 and holds a special place as our inaugural project, marking our entry into the property development sector. This milestone development features 11 units of 3½-storey shop-office buildings, 13 units of three-storey shop-office buildings, and 50 units of five-storey low-cost flats, catering to both commercial and residential needs.
As our first venture, Taman Majlis Jaya laid the foundation for our journey as a developer and set the standard for our commitment to creating functional and sustainable spaces that serve the community.
